Will it fit on my 1997 Jeep Wrangler with a tube style front bumper?

If the double tube bumper on you 1997 Jeep Wrangler does not hang down any lower than the regular stock bumper would then Curt font mount hitch receiver # C31028 will fit. It has not been test fit on a model with the tube style bumper.
