Bracket # RP58023 does fit the 2012 Ram 3500. It comes with installation kit # RP30035-023.

You mentioned that your truck has the Ram Box feature. There are specific parts needed to be able to tow a 5th wheel trailer on Rams that have the Ram Boxes. Basically, because the bed on Ram Box models is narrower than on the standard beds, what will happen is during a turn the pin box will hit the bed sides.

To prevent damage to the truck and trailer the fix for this is to use a stationary 5th wheel hitch and a Sidewinder pin box on the trailer.

Sidewinders only fit in place of certain factory pin boxes so I would need to know the manufacturer and model of the pin box itself. This information should be on a sticker or plate on the pin box.
