We have a large selection of 12 x 2 electric brake assemblies available, which I have linked for you to look through. I recommend looking at the etrailer.com Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting # AKEBRK-7-SA. These 12 inch assemblies are designed for 5,200 to 7,000 pound axles and feature a 5 bolt mounting flange bolt pattern. They are also self-adjusting so they will not require periodic manual adjustments like standard brakes. I have included a short video demonstration on this kit for you to check out.
You will want to check your existing electric brakes to see how they are mounted and if they use this same 5 bolt pattern. Based on my research, some of the Hadco electric brakes were actually welded in place. If this is the case, you will want to cut off the existing Hadco brakes and have a certified professional weld on a new brake flange to the axle.
For a 5 bolt pattern, I recommend the Brake Mounting Flange # 4-44-1.
