These will both install at the same location on your vehicle's frame and the hitch visibility for both models will be about the same.

The primary difference between the two is their weight capacity. The etrailer # e98855 features a higher towing capacity of 5,000 lbs when used with a weight distribution system. Otherwise, they both have 3,500 pound towing and 525 tongue weight capacities. With all things considered, they are so much alike that I recommend going with the etrailer # e98855, it has a lower price.

Regardless of the hitch you decide to go with, you will want to check the owner's manual on your Odyssey for its specific towing capacity.
