I have included a link to a video below that shows trailer wiring harness # 118467 being installed on a 2017 Subaru Outback. The video shows you where to plug in the harness. The tool our installer uses to remove trim panels is the appropriately named trim panel remover tool # ALL648544. We also have a set with multiple tools, # PT73HJ, you can use to safely remove panels.
