1969 Shasta Compact Replacement for vent inside original part VENTLINE Inc. Part V544 Consisted of 3 parts : Screen/inside cover/trim 13.25x13.25/14x14/16x16 Manual operation, no fan.

The Ventline roof vent part # V2110SP-24 would be a great replacement to what you have and would fit perfectly as it's designed to fit the same opening. It has a metal lid too which will last a long time.
