Do these come with the mounting bolts?

The Brophy Trailer D-Ring Tie Down, part # SR15-C, does not include any mounting bolts. I went out in the warehouse and measured the size of the holes for mounting and they measured 7/16 inch x 7/16 inch. So you will want to use something smaller than 7/16 inch.
