Hi, I have a 2006 chevy crew cab and chassis that the frame is around 43inch wide what is the best buy receiver for it. Thanks

I believe you meant to type 34 inch wide frame as that is the standard width for the cab and chassis trucks from outside to outside.
I really like the Curt hitch part # C15800 as it is a fit for your 2006 Chevy Silverado 3500 cab and chassis and has great towing capacities at 20k total trailer weight and 2,700 lbs tongue weight.
