Question:

Just purchased an 05 Liberty. It has a factory hitch, but I cant find a wiring harness. Any suggestions?

If your 2005 Jeep Liberty has the factory tow package there will be a rectangular shaped connector under the rear bumper. I've attached a picture to show you what the connector looks like. If you find it you can install a 4-way and 7-way connector using # 20135.

If that connector is not there then you'll need to use a T-One wiring harness like # 118524 which installs behind the tail lights of the Jeep. Then there is a hot lead wire that is run to the battery to power the harness. This is a 4-way connector. If you need a 7-way use our # ETBC7 kit to convert the 4-way.
