I do have an option that will allow you to install the Superwinch X1 Series Winch 1101 in the front of your 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 however, they currently do not have a front bumper mounted winch bracket for your vehicle to my knowledge.
Instead I recommend installing a front mounted hitch receiver like the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 31604 in addition to a receiver mounted winch mounting plate like the Bulldog Winch Hitch Mounted Winch Plate part # BDW20061R2.
