If the base rails that you have are the Reese Universal Base Rails # RP58058 then you will want to use the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit # RP50140 for your 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab with a 6 foot bed. You can verify that you have the same base rails by measuring them. These base rails are 43 inches long.
You could also use the Reese Universal Installation Kit # RP30439 along with the Reese Mounting Bracket # RP58023 for a more cost effective solution, but it will be a little more time consuming.
