The base plate I suggest is the Blue Ox # BX2668 which features removable arms that let the vehicle keep more of its original appearance after installation. With these base plates I suggest their Alpha tow bar # BX7380 which includes the required safety cables, saving you that separate expense.
Wiring/lighting kit options include easy-to-install magnetic lights like # TL21RK and hardwired diode kits like # RM-154 that mean modifying the car.
