What is the max amp draw typically for the center connector that is labeled as purple/reverse lights?

The reverse light circuit on most vehicles usually have a max amperage draw of around 5 amps. The amperage is usually limited by the gauge of the wire used on the circuit. The recommended wire size for the reverse light pin on the Pollak Black Plastic, 7-Pole part # PK12-707E is a 14 gauge wire. The maximum amperage that can be ran through a 14 gauge wire safely is 15 amps.
