Will K-Source Custom Towing Mirrors Work on 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic without Heat Feature

My silverado doesnt come with heated mirrors and I dont need that function. Will these mirrors still work with electric adjust on both sides?

Yes, you can still use K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors - Electric, Heated - Driver and Passenger Side Item # KS62075-76GE even if your 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic doesn't have heat features. The electric operation will still work.
