Ford excursion 2003 10 cylinder. Does the product include all hardware? If yes, what is included. Is it stronger than the original! Will it rust?

The Curt hitch part # C14011 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2003 Ford Excursion and comes with all of the install hardware you would need. The picture I attached shows all the hardware.
This hitch has pretty high capacities at 12,000 lbs total trailer weight and 1,200 lbs tongue weight capacity. It's a steel hitch so with enough exposure to weather/elements it will begin to rust. But normally the hitch lasts at least the life of the vehicle before rusting to the point of failure.
