What is the offset, and, or backspacing on this wheel? Also does the moon hub caps you offer fit this wheel?

Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel - 13" x 4-1/2" Rim - 4 on 4 - Black Item # AM20242 has a zero offset meaning the mounting surface is in the dead center of the wheel. The overall width of the wheel is approximately 5-1/2 inches making the back spacing approximately 2-3/4 inches.

This wheel is not compatible with baby moon hub caps. They only fit what are called conventional steel wheels and there are none available in the 13 x 4-1/2 size with 4 on 4 bolt pattern.
