Will these lights cover the screw holes from the existing factory light?

Optronics LED RV Interior Light with Switch - 18 Diode - Surface Mount - White Housing Item # RVILL34 could potentially cover the existing screw holes for the factory light. This particular light is 10-5/16" long x 4-3/16" tall x 1-13/16" deep.
As for its mounting holes there are several and I have included a picture showing them and the spacing for you. With this information you can determine if the light will use the same mounting holes or if new ones will be needed.
