I need a hub and spindle. Are: Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles - 4 on 4 - AKIHUB-440-2-2K and Spindle TRU94FR compatible?

I do have a solution for you, however the etrailer.com Trailer Idler Hub Assembly AKIHUB-440-2-2K referenced in your question is not compatible with the TruRyde Spindle # TRU94FR. This hub assembly uses different inner and outer bearings than what will fit on this particular spindle.

For a compatible hub assembly, I instead recommend the etrailer.com Trailer Idler Hub # AKIHUB-440-2-1K. This will work specifically with BT8 spindles like the one you are looking at and is designed for 2,000 pound axles. It has a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern and all the needed bearings, races and grease seal are included.
