Can I get item item #ML389DAT Qty 10 keyed alike?

I do have a solution for you, however the Master Lock Trailer Coupler Lock # ML389DAT referenced in your question cannot be keyed alike.

For a similar option that is keyed alike, I recommend looking at the Fastway Universal Trailer Coupler Lock # FA86-0015-318. Like the Master Lock product you were looking at, this coupler lock is compatible with 1-7/8 inch, 2 inch, and 2-5/16 inch couplers. It features an anti-drill pin to discourage attempts to drill out the lock and a bolt-blocked locking system that will prevent thieves from prying open the lock. It is made with a hardened, chrome-plated shackle and nickle-plated housing. It works with couplers with a width of up to 4-1/2 inches.

Each unique part number for the Fastway has a unique key number. For instance, the part number # FA86-0015-318 has key number 318 and the part # FA86-0015-313 has number 313, and so on. We have multiple key numbers to choose from. Check out the attached video.
