My light is working, but the fan is not. Replaced motor and checked fuses. Could the switch itself be bad.

It is certainly possible for the switch to be bad if your fan is not working and you have already used the Replacement Fan Motor # BVD0278-00. You would want to use the Replacement Fan Switch # BL0108-02 for your Ventline S0721 Series range hood.
