When installing part number 13530 can I just manually torque it, or do I need an electric torque to get to the 36lb-ft req from the installation instructions?

When installing the Curt Class III 2 Inch Hitch, part # 13530, on your 2006 Lexus RX400h, you will just need to torque the six M10 fasteners to 36 ft-lbs of torque manually. All that is required is to use a good torque wrench.
I am including a link to the installation instructions on the Curt hitch.
