The DeeZee Red label Truck Bed Toolbox # DZ8546 referenced in your question is designed to simply sit on the truck-bed floor or wherever space permits. To determine if this will fit with your fifth wheel hitch installed, you will just need to take a measurement from the back of the cab on your truck to the front edge of the forward fifth wheel base rail. The DeeZee Toolbox has a width of 19 inches. As long as you have more than 19 inches of space, this will fit and work perfectly when towing your trailer.
