The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-312-47 are a confirmed fit for the 2017 Ram 4x4 like your Power Wagon model. There is no need for a spacer unless you have lifted your truck at the suspension. These springs have progressive load control and compress according to the weight of your cargo with a capacity of 1500 lbs. This will assist your current suspension and the installation is easy with no drilling required.
