The Rack'Em Trailer Dolly # RA20 that you referenced can move along surfaces other than flat asphalt.
The question of how hard would it be to move your trailer really has a lot to depend on the size of your trailer and the size of the person moving the trailer. Since this is something that is operated manually you need to remember that any big ruts or slopes could prove to be difficult for maneuvering if the trailer is difficult for you to pull on even ground.
It can be done, you just need to be aware of the capabilities of the person that is using the dolly.
I have attached a video that you can check out to see the tow dolly in action.
