All of our 12-1/4 x 2-1/2-inch brake assemblies use a 4-bolt mount. These appear on the linked page. We have none with a 9-bolt flange mounting pattern.

I did check with several of our install and technical staff and I learned that some brake assemblies will use a backing plate that has extra holes, holes not intended for mounting purposes.
