Question:
Which hitch adaptor would work best for my 2010 Kia Soul with this hitch: Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4

It really depends on what you want to use the hitch for if you need an adapter. The trouble is that using an adapter like # HTAD or another adapter will reduce the tongue weight capacity of the hitch by 50 percent. The hitches for your 2010 Kia Soul are all class I hitches with a tongue weight capacity of 200 pounds.
Using an adapter will cut that down to 100 pounds. If you are wanting to use a bike rack or cargo carrier, you will be limited to carrying just 2 bikes and the combined weight of the rack and bikes cannot exceed 100 pounds or damage to the hitch, the accessory, the cargo, and the vehicle can occur.
Instead, the best and safest option would be to use an accessory that is designed to fit in a class I, 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch. We do have bike rack and cargo carrier options that will fit the available hitches for your Soul. For a bike rack, I recommend the Swagman Trailhead, # S63360. For a cargo carrier, I recommend the 20x47 Reese Carrier, # 63155 and an compatible light kit # 20174 if your cargo blocks your vehicle lights.
