Will Ventline Roof Vent/Fan Fit a 2004 Jayco Eagle

I have a 2004 Jayco Eagle 12 SD folding Camper. I need to replace the roof vent on the camper but I want to make sure I get the right replacement vent. Im considering the following part: # V3094-601-00. Would this fit my camper? Also do I need an installation kit too or does this come with what I need to install it?

You will be able to use Ventline E-Z Lift Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Manual Lift - White Item # V3094-601-00 on your 2004 Jayco Eagle as long as the existing hole for a vent is roughly 14-1/4 inches square. If your opening is a different measurement let me know.
The vent does not come with installation hardware so I also recommend# 344270KITW for an installation kit. I have linked some videos of these parts for you.
