Installing MaxxAir MaxxFan Trailer Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan on 2016 Jayco 5th-Wheel Trailer

2016 Jaco 317RLOK Fifth Wheel Would like to install power roof vent in existing vent space in front bedroom. is my trailer pre-wired for a 12v fan?

Most likely there is not a 12 volt power source already ran to the ceiling of your 2016 Jayco 317RLOK Fifth Wheel Trailer. You can check at the opening to see if there are any wires that might provide a 12 volt circuit. When installing the MaxxAir MaxxFan Trailer Roof Vent # MA00-06200K, you will just need to route a power wire to the ceiling in order to power the fan. This fan will require 12-volt DC and a minimum 5-amp service.
The rough opening size that this will install in is 14-1/4 inches wide and 14-1/4 inches long. I have attached a short demonstration video for you to check out.
