Does this awning crank out or is it a pull out style? I had a Horizon awning made by Dometic on previous which I need to replace.

The Solera awning heads are pull out style. Like with the awning fabric part # LCV000223191 you'd need the following:
Solera Manual Pull Style Awning Drive Head # LC271181

Solera Manual Awning Pull Strap # LC292794
