We do carry a range of seals for oil bath type hubs like the ones from your 2005 Ranger trailer. I do not have access to all seal specs for Ranger trailers so you'll just want to take precise measurements of the current seal inner and outer diameters. Then you can use the linked page that displays all oil seals and select the matching dimensions.
For example, a unitized seal like # 10-51 has an inner diameter of 2.875-inches and an outer diameter of 3.880-inches. This seal does have multiple ridges (lips) on its inner surface.
Measurement is easiest using a precision digital caliper. Measure to the nearest thousandth, such as 1.234-inches.
