Your 255/70R18 tire has an overall diameter of just over 32 inches and a width of 10 inches. With these measurements in mind, I recommend looking at the Classic Accessories Universal Fit Spare Tire Cover # 052963753875. This black, vinyl fabric cover is designed to fit over tires that have diameters between 30 inches and 33 inches.
