Spare Tire Cover for 225/75R-15 Tire

Hello. I have a Hercules H-901 spare tire that I need a cover for. It is a 225/75R15 load range F. From what I found on the internet, the diameter is 28.19 inches and the width is 9.9 inches. Will the 29inch spare tire cover fit the best?
