What is the Maximum Length of Valterra RV Adjustable Sewer Hose Carrier

Question:
I have a Heartland NorthTrail trailer. The outside distance between the I-beams is 92 1/2, which could be shortened 1/2inch on either side for mounting purposes, call it 91. The bottom of the trailer is weatherized with a solid plastic panel, front to back, so locating another or third mounting option, is very limited without cutting into that solid material. So with that said, what is the maximum extended tube length before failure or compromise of the tubes ridgitity?

The Valterra RV Sewer Hose Carrier # A04-5094BK referenced in your question can be safely adjusted to a length of up to 94 inches.
The tube has an outer diameter of 5 inches and will simply mount to the frame of your NorthTrail Trailer using the pre-assembled mounting brackets and screws. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product so you can get a closer look at its dimensions.
