I have a few options I recommend for use on an RV or Truck application. That being said I strongly recommend a wired system since they are much more consistent and you never have to worry about interference which is a common complaint with wireless systems.
I recommend the Rear View Safety Backup Camera System with Trailer Tow Quick Connect Kit - 2 Cameras, # RVS-776614-213. This is a completely wired system with a 7 inch monitor with grid lines. It will automatically switch between the camera on your truck to the camera on your trailer when connected and has infrared on the trailer camera. It has a simple wiring connection between vehicles when towing. This is the best option for quality and functionality. If you want the monitor in your mirror, you can have a 4.3 inch display in the mirror using # RVS-718.
