Can a Ladder Rack be Installed Over a Bed Liner in a 2004 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab

I have a 2004 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab with a 5 ft bed and an over the rail bed liner. How would the trac rac adjustable ladder rack mount to the bed in that application?

The TracRac TracONE adjustable ladder racks are not a fit for the 2004 Toyota Tacoma. TracRac has 2 options for your truck but only one that mounts to the bed; # TH14750. Thule has an adjustable option that will fit, # TH500XT. In order to install it or any rack that rests on the tops of the bed sides the bed liner would have to be trimmed away so that it only goes up to the underside of the tops of the bed rails but does not wrap up and around it.
