The Tow Package Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118247 (which fits a 2004 Ford F-150) is compatible with a trailer that is either using a 7-Way connector or an adapter that connects to the 7-Way. It doesn't matter if the trailer has the LED Trailer Tail Light # STL211RB or an incandescent light. So yes, they will work together.

The only time that you might experience a problem is if all of the lights on your trailer are LED and they are not pulling enough power for your F-150 to recognize that a trailer is connected. If your trailer has a 5-Way or 4-Way you can use the 7-Way to 5-Way and 4-Way Trailer Adapter # C35FR which basically boosts the signal of the LED lights so that the tow vehicle will send enough power for the lights.
