Lubricant to Aid Factory Bump Stop Removal on 2013 Ford F-250

Question:
How do I remove the rear bump stops I have turn the nut on the top of the frame and nail the whole bump stop is turning

You might try applying some spray-on lubricant like WD-40 or PB Blaster to the bolt that secures your factory bump stops. This may require repeated applications and some time for the solvent/lubricant mixture to work its way into the threads. Otherwise you might need another set of hands to hold the rubber stop while you apply your wrench or socket.
