How Does Lift Bar of Curt Weight Distribution System Remove Spring Bars of WD System

Question:
There is a video to explain how to use this lift bar to engage the sway bar onto the L bracket. But how do we use it to release the sway bar off from the L bracket?

Curt says to use the part # C17512 as a pry bar to remove the spring bars off of the bracket of the weight distribution system after taking the weight off the bars. Basically you would want to use the leverage of the bar between the trailer frame and the bracket to push it off.
