Question:

Whats your recommendation, please....Im neither athletic, or handy, but Im perfectly healthy and capable. I need something as easy to manage as possible. I am looking at Yakima Fullback and want to check thats best before I buy. Thanks so much..

The Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack # Y02634 would be a nice bike carrier and one I recommend for your 2011 XC60.

This bike rack holds the bike frame at three points to help prevent bike-to-bike contact. The adjustable arms help keep bikes level and fold down when not in use for easy storage. This bike rack also has a cable lock to secure the bikes to the rack and it has a steel reinforced cable to secure the rack to the vehicle.

This bike rack has a weight capacity of 35-lbs per bike and the rack itself weighs just 21 lbs.

If you are planning on carrying bikes with alternative frames like kids bikes or women's bikes I recommend using an adapter bar like part # 64005. This attaches between the seat post and the handlebar stem and allows the bike to be carried more level in the carrier while providing additional ground clearance.
