Question:
How wide is this entire waste value - Valterra Double Rotating Waste Valve - 3inch Hub x 1-1/2inch Hub x 3inch Spigot Outlet Item # T81 I need this waste valve, but want to make sure that it is the same width as my old waste valve.

The width of the smaller opening on the Valterra Double Rotating Waste Valve # T81 that you referenced is 1-1/2 inches and the width of the larger opening on the other side is 3 inches.
These sizes are the standard sizes found on RV valves so most likely the sizes would match up.
