What are the actual dimensions of the plate and the thickness of the plate.

I spoke to my contact at Curt and he informed me that this Curt Gooseneck Flat Plate, part # C65500, has dimensions of 48 inch wide by 13 inches in length with a thickness of 3/8 inch.
