I have a 2017 Chevy Colorado with a Tonneau cover, I need a ladder rack that attaches via the stake pockets, do you know of a ladder that does that?

There is a chance that you can have both a ladder rack and Tonneau cover on your 2017 Chevy Colorado with 6 foot bed at the same time. But really it depends on the Tonneau cover you have. If it mounts completely between the bed sides and does not overlap the top at all then you can use TracRac SR # TH43002XT-783. It mounts via the stake pockets, the only one that does, and sits on top of the bed sides.
