Do you carry a custom fit wiring system to hook straight up to the tail lights on my 1993 YJ Jeep Wrangler?

We do have a plug-in wiring harness that is designed to fit your 1993 YJ.
I recommend the T-One wiring harness # 118356. This plugs into Jeep wiring located behind some protective covers on the driver side and passenger side near the rear bumper. I have attached a link to an installation video for this wire harness on a Jeep you can check out.
When working with electrical connectors I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.
