I understand th Green and yellow, but how do you wire the taillight? This is for a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe.

For your 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe all you need to install trailer wiring is the # C56078 which is a confirmed fit. This is a custom fit kit so that means that all you have to do is plug the connectors in line with the taillight wiring and you'd be set.
No need to tap into any circuits to activate the wiring. Just plug it in and you'd be set. Check out the install video I attached for more info as well.
