Question:
Ive installed the wiring harnes and I dont have voltage to the trailer end. Ive checked ground continuity and it is good. Is there a way to check the module? Or am I going to have to return it?

What you can do is use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test the wires going into the converter box for power. Then, test the wires coming out of the converter box for power, if the wires coming out of the box do not have power, then the box is bad and will need to be replaced.
In addition to testing the wires going in and out of the converter box, I would check over the power connection and also make sure that the T-connectors are snapped all the way in the taillights.
