Question:

I just finished with the wiring install worked great. My question is do I replace the 30 amp fuse under the hood w 15 amp sent w harness or does the fuse inline take care of it

No, you do not need to replace the 30 AMP fuse located in your vehicle's fuse box with the provided 10 AMP fuse on the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56267. The extra fuse is provided for situations in which their is not already an existing fuse in this location. According to Curt, the 30 AMP fuse in the vehicle is also sufficient for the circuit. The Curt T-Connector Harness is supplied with the proper fuse rated for this system. The 10 AMP inline fuse holder provided with the kit will plug into an existing pigtail at the rear of your vehicle.
