Is the Optronics Micro-Flex LED Clearance Light Both a Light and Reflector

Question:
Is this light also a reflector so it can serve the purpose of reflector and marker light as well?

My contact at Optronics confirmed that the # MCL63AB Sealed Micro-Flex Light is only a clearance light and not also a reflector.
The reflective geometric design in the lens is to help to increase the light output of the LED. It will not really reflect much light that will happen to shine at the lens.
