Would 40 inch fit 2014 sienna with Oem roof bars? and does it come with hardwares??

I am certain that we will have a fairing that will work perfectly for your 2014 Toyota Sienna with the factory roof rack. But a 40 inch fairing like # INA261 is likely going to be too long. You can measure the space between the side rails of the roof rack and if greater than 40 inches then # INA261 will work. But if there is less space I recommend a shorter fairing such as # RRRF2 which is 38 inches. All of the above fairings do come with the hardware and will fit the factory crossbars on your Sienna.
