If you are needing a light with a 3-1/4 inch mounting dimension, I recommend the Optronics Ear Mount Trailer License Plate Light # LP51CB. The outside dimensions of this light are 4 inches long x 1-3/4 inches wide x 2-5/16 inches deep.
