A wheel that is 10 x 8 means the wheel will accept a 10 inch tire and the width of the wheel is 8 inches wide. The 10 x 6 wheel is for a 10 inch tire and it is 6 inches wide.

I do not have a 10 x 8 inch wide wheel. The 10 x 6 wheel like the Dexstar 10 X 6 White Trailer Wheel, part # AM20046, is the wheel size that is used for either the older 20.5 x 8 x 10 tire size or the newer 205/65-10 tire size.

I am including a link to a page of the 10 x 6 inch size wheels that we have available.
